"The Biennial is a trip to discover new worlds and also to be discovered and seduced by new movements, lenguages and imaginaries to think about dancing as a way to express our emotions" says Amparo Sinisterra de Carvajar, president of the 2nd Biennial.

Its name honors its founder, renowned world-class artist, Omar Rayo (RIP), who was characterized by his paintings of linear and geometric figures in most of his works.
In this museum you can appreciate all the life and work of this Colombian artist, who came from this city. This space generates appreciation and training in art, in a place where this trade was unthinkable.
In addition to the permanent exhibition of its founder, there is also the possibility of participating in exhibitions, meetings, lectures, literary readings, dance performances, theater and concerts. This is why it is a must-see place in Roldanillo.
