"The Biennial is a trip to discover new worlds and also to be discovered and seduced by new movements, lenguages and imaginaries to think about dancing as a way to express our emotions" says Amparo Sinisterra de Carvajar, president of the 2nd Biennial.
This is the Pacific festival, in which the most importat thing is to highlight the gastronomy, the folk music and the traditions of this region in Valle del Cauca. It is an awesome experience for the locals and of course for the visitors who want to dive into this culture.
This is one of the most important and traditional festivals in Colombia. In which the favorite attractions are the "Salsódromo", the "Cali viejo" carnival, the antique cars parade, the "Melómanos" meeting, the "Superconcierto" a really nice musical show, between other shows ans events.

It is one of the natural wonders of Cali and one of the main rivers of the region. This awesome affluent is born in the Farallones of Cali (a big mountain range around the city), specifically in the place called 'Pico Pance', the highest point of the western cordillera in this region of Colombia.
With more than twenty-five kilometers long, is one of the most visited and enjoyed rivers by everyone who likes to get out of the routine of the city. Just as those who enjoy cycling to 'La Vorágine', taking a break where a natural orange juice is the complement, continue the journey to the 'Pueblo Pance' and, finally, get a dip in the river as a reward for the long journey.
This is a traditional tourist destination for the people of Cali and, for its various recreational possibilities, it has become an excellent place for escaping from routine. Its rushing flow of cold and crystal clear water and its humid forest with a great variety of fauna and flora is what attracts the attention of tourists and locals. This is a place that you cannot miss.
How to get here?
You can get to Pance from Cali by public transport or by car, as well as by bicycle. You have to go south, leaving the Cañasgordas Avenue. Before getting to Jamundí, look for the detour to Pance.
