Who ever says that landscapes are a pleasure only for the eyes has certainly never visited the ‘Paisaje Cultural Cafetero’ (Coffee Cultural Landscape). In Colombia, between the departments of Caldas, Quindío, Risaralda and Valle, the hills are formed in a messy way, a poetic frenzy with coffee aroma. In 2011, the ‘Paisaje Cultural Cafetero’ was declared by UNESCO as a Cultural Heritage of Humanity. With this appointment, the reflection of a centuries-old tradition consisting of the cultivation of coffee in the intricate lands of the Colombian mountain, the Paisa architecture and the beauty of nature itself was highlighted.

The ‘Paisaje Cultural Cafetero’ vibrates in the heart of each one of its inhabitants, being characterized as a kind and prosperous region.
